If you would like to check to see if an item is in stock prior to placing your order, please contact Customer Care at ShopTH@outlook.com or 336-740-0770.
TH accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diner’s Club, Google. Credit cards are charged as soon as an order is placed. When you place an order, we authorize your credit or debit card to ensure that sufficient funds are available at the time of purchase. If your order is cancelled, the time required to remove the authorization is determined by the financial institution that issued your card.
Once an order is processed, we are unable to cancel the order.
Our inventory fluctuates on a daily basis. We will contact you if an item is not available. You will have the option to cancel the order or wait for the backordered item to be shipped. Products that are not in-stock are considered special or custom orders. Manufacturing times will depend on the product. Bespoke Home and Design will provide an estimated arrival and provide order updates.
With exceptions, you may return an item for a refund. The following items are non-refundable: Custom Furniture, Fabric Yardage, Pillows, Rugs, Wallpaper, Custom or Personalized Items, Clearance or Final Sale Items.
Please pay close attention to finish, fabric and top options when ordering.
The images on the website are for illustrative purposes only. The colors shown are accurate within the constraints of lighting, photography and the color accuracy of individual monitors.
Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are non-refundable.
Product returns for in-stock products must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Please contact Customer Care at ShopTH@outlook.com or 336-740-0770 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Once the RMA is issued, you have seven (7) days to return the item.
We recommend that you use a shipping method that offers tracking.
Items returned for a refund must meet the following guidelines: must be returned in new condition; must be returned in the original packaging and include all accessories, documentation and include any other items included with the packaging; must include the Returns Material Authorization; the returned items can not be assembled, modified or altered in any way; the item must have been purchased from Bespoke Home and Design.
A refund for the item(s) will be issued once the item is returned and inspected. Please note that a restocking fee up to 25% of the product price may be deducted from the refund. We are not able to refund return shipping fees. Credit card purchases are refunded to the card used to make the original purchase.
We recommend that you that you use a trackable and insured shipping method for all returns. Tailormade Home is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns.
In the event an item is damaged, or there is a product defect, a replacement order will be shipped once the damaged item is returned to Tailormade Home.
All items should be inspected at the time of delivery and any damaged item(s) should be refused.
